Particular emphasis is placed on understanding the actors involved, power dynamics, and how interventions and mediation efforts interact with the environments in which they are implemented.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will learn to identify the causes, actors, and dynamics that generate tensions, taking into account gender dimensions and other identity-based exclusion factors. What I appreciated most was how the course combined solid analytical tools with space for reflection and dialogue. Engaging with participants and experts from diverse fields and contexts provided valuable perspectives on the intersection between conflict dynamics, humanitarian responses, and development work. The intensive set-up, interactive discussions and peer exchanges deepened my understanding of conflict-sensitive approaches and equipped me with key analytical and programming competencies that I have put into practice through designing winning social cohesion programs in Lebanon.
