“Mental health course of adolescents for mothers, fathers and teaching staff of the children who participate” is a course subsidized by the Madrid City Council and the Community of Madrid whose objective is to give parents and teachers the opportunity to explore and understand the psychology behind the attitudes of the adolescents in their environment.
The seminar will be taught by Raquel González Martínez, a clinical psychologist and teacher expert in managing emotions and conflicts in the classroom and at home.
The course will be taught through the Zoom online platform.
If you are interested in mental health at different stages of adolescence and pre-adolescence, as well as the most recurrent problems at those ages; the management of emotions and conflicts both at home and in the classroom; or the opportunity to obtain the psychological tools necessary to deal with children from the last cycle of primary school to high school, you cannot miss the course.
The course will take place on Monday 11 and Tuesday 12 of December from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Zoom. The duration is 8 hours (approx.), and will be held in 2 sessions, each lasting 4 hours. During these sessions, the Psychologist will provide information on the different topics, and attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, making the sessions very interactive.
